Hey people, my name is Soojin. So yo!
I am obviously not a professional writer seeing that I write on websites and my grammar isn't the best since I really need help with my grammar. *inserts crying face* And definitely, I am not of working age, I am just a student in a school, still studying.
Anyways, I began writing when I was like 10 plus? But at that point of time, I wasn't a very serious author/writer. I joined this writing course that my school provided to pull up my English marks. I was definitely not the best in English. In fact, I was one of the worse few. I was just scrapping through my papers with a borderline passing grade.
When I was 11, things were still the same as the year before. I continued to be in this workshop to improve my grade in English. Which succeeded, a little... But then came in next year. It was a crucial year for me as I have this national exam that grades me with the students country wide. I didn't really expect much from the course since its improvements were very minute. but the grade proves otherwise. For the first time in my life, I scored an A for English. That was when I start taking writing more seriously.
I was then posted to an all girls school somewhere near my house. My form teacher/ English teacher was a really nice female. Though she was harsh when teaching, she has taught me a lot. My English grade did improved a lot with her help and before I know it, I was scoring well for English, obviously not as well as my national exam since in my school, their English standard was rather high,
I scored high for most of my essays which I am glad of if not, I doubt I would even be typing this. Hahahaha...
Anyways, even though I write lots of romance related stories in the Wattpad account, I have not yet experienced any sort of it. Except crushes haha... They are basically my daydreams, well most of them. I hope my prince charming will sweep me of my feet soon. Just kidding! I am not really interested in romance now until I finished my studies. (There is still a long way to go.)
Besides writing romance, I write tragedy too but I wasn't in the mood to write it yet. Throw me in a dark room with only candles that is lit and some paper and book or a phone, I'll get some words on it. :)
